The purpose of this project is to examine gamification in relation to performance through lab experiments. First, we will finish a replication focused on the gamification effect on performance while taking engagement as an attitude into account. Second, we will extend the results of this replication by employing two gamification types. Thus, we aim to broaden our understanding of how and when gamification works.
