Popis	Nine T-DNA embryonic lethal mutations of Arabidopsis thaliana were analyzed at the cellular level. Work was aimed at initial comparison of wild-type and mutant embryo development inside ovules by chloral-hydrate whole-mount treatment. The analysis of embryogenesis gives a hint at the presumable biological function of the gene affected by mutation.
