Popis | The study explores how media repertoires and conspiracy thinking interact with voting for populist candidates, using data from the 2023 Czech presidential election. It combines survey responses with objective media exposure to identify media repertoires and their political preferences. Results show that conspiracy thinking increases the likelihood of voting populist, especially among online media users. The findings are contextualized within the reinforcing spirals model and highlight the need to consider both media use and attitudes in political behavior research. |
