Popis	COVID-19 is an acute infectious disease that predominantly affects the respiratory tract and is caused by infection with the SARS-CoV-2 virus.The CPG was created by adolopment of the recommendations available on "The eCOVID-19 living recommendations map and gateway to contextualisation". Adolopment concept as well as the draft standard operating procedures for guideline contextualization. This presentation provides practical country perspective.
