e-INFRA CZ is a unique e-infrastructure for research, development (R&D) and innovation in the Czech Republic, whose mission is to operate and develop a fully transparent environment for all entities engaged in R&D and innovations, regardless of scientific discipline. e-INFRA CZ provides users with not only services but also knowledge and a technological edge in addressing current challenges
in the area of information and communication technologies (ICT) for the modern digital science.
The main components of e-INFRA CZ include:
a high-performance national communication infrastructure
● national grid and cloud infrastructure
● supercomputing systems
● secure high capacity distributed data storage
● authorization and authentication infrastructure (AAI).
