Following the example of the established children's group in Bohunice, we also want to provide a similar opportunity for our employees in the center of Brno. We are currently looking for suitable premises in which we would offer babysitting in cooperation with the Elánek Kindergarten.
A new children's group for children of MUNI employees working on the University Campus has opened near Bohunice since September 2020. This project was created in cooperation with the Elánek Kindergarten with the support of the management of Masaryk University and with the idea of supporting scientists in the role of parents and making it easier for them to reconcile work and family life.

Two years after receiving the HR Excellence in Research Award (HR Award), we have successfully passed the European Commission's assessment of our Action plan. The commissioners rated our implementation as reliable, systematic and in line with the set goals. Among other things, it is a confirmation of our efforts and commitment to continuous improvement and support of our employees.
We have moved Masaryk University one step further. At the beginning of November, the management of MU approved a strategic document on which a team of specialists worked diligently, led by our colleague Jiří Marek, to whom we congratulated for the successful completion!
