| Description | The need to organize payments for various paid-for services (such as accommodation, catering, etc.) provided by a university to individual people (students, staff, or external people) belongs to the challenges to efficient e-administration. The paper presents an in-house developed information system in which individual claims for provided services are centrally collected, and aggregate payments for these claims organized on a highly automated basis. The system architecture as well as selected implementation details are described, together with the experience from running the system for several years. |
