Description	The technically realized result is connected to the development of the population microarray for chosen marker set genotyping and selection in red clover (Trifolium pratense L.) using targeted probes for the detection of allelic variants of genes associated with higher nitrogen fixation. This probe set is utilizable mainly for testing of the large population (hundreds up to tens of thousands specimens).
