Projekt se zaměřuje na jazyk jedince, který je pro každého člověka nezastupitelným prostředkem komunikace s okolím. Zkoumá, jak si jazyk osvojujeme v dětství, jak funguje u dospělého a jakým výzvám čelí jedinec v důsledku stárnutí. Cílem projektu je interdisciplinární výzkum založený na kombinaci lingvistiky, psychologie a neurověd, který produkcí špičkových výsledků umožní adekvátně a účinně reagovat na globální výzvy současné společnosti spojené s jazykem.
