We are preparing for obtain the HR Award

After months of preparation, we proceeded to the next step of receiving the HR Award – a prestigious award, which we strive for together with other departments and faculties of Masaryk University. This activity aims to improve the working environment at MUNI and to strengthen the principles of equal treatment of all employees.

The HR Award Implementation Team has now submitted an official application for the ICS. On Monday, February 24, we will also launch a questionnaire survey for our employees to find out the current state of perception of the working environment and individual aspects of employment at the Institute.

“Although the primary mission of the HR Award is to improve the environment for research and academic staff, I do not want to distinguish categories of staff at ICS, and the aim of our involvement is a pleasant and motivating environment for all employees,” says Luděk Matyska, director of Institute.
