Description	AV CMi is an eclipsing binary but a possible low-mass third body was found by Liakos and Niarchos (2010) in the system. New results from photometric study of the system are presented. A method for determination of host star of third body was proposed and tested. Scenario of blend by two eclipsing systems was also verified.
