Description	This study is focused on the analysis of glioblastoma multiforme in patient experienced very long event-free survival after surgery and adjuvant radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Tumor tissue as well as derived HGG-02 cell line were analyzed using molecular biology and molecular cytogenetic methods. The most important finding is a loss of EGFR gene copy in both the tumor tissue and the HGG-02 cell line.
