| Description | Comparison of gene expression profiles obtained using microarrays technology applied to clinical samples ranks among current issues especially if amplification is needed for obtaining a sufficient amount of input RNA. We have designed a protocol for (i) convenient isolation of pure RNA from a small amount of cells, (ii) precise RNA amplification and (iii) determination of obtained microarray data. Pulmonary cells represented the clinical samples of given characteristic in our study. |
