Description	The aim of this study was to develop a reliable and sensitive method for determination of potential biomarkers in human plasma for early GVHD detection. Blood plasma was immunodepleted by MARS Hu-14 to remove fourteen most abundant proteins. The immunodepleted plasma samples were fractionated by LC capillary system on a reverse phase (mRP C18, Agilent) in water/acetonitrile gradient and subsequently digested with trypsin. The resulting peptides were analyzed using LC-MS/MS in autoMS/MS mode.
