• Description: The new original method for assessment the metabolic activity of both rat CYP1A2 and CYP2C6/11 is presented in the paper. The method of simultaneous determination of phenacetin, tolbutamide and their metabolites is rapid simple, repeatable and precious and sensitive enough for pharmacokinetic studies.
