| Description | Results of our experiment indicate that the more proximal injury to peripheral nerve the more rapid initial increase and the slower subsequent decrease in level of IL-10 protein within DRG. Moreover, a unilateral nerve ligature induces bilateral elevation of IL-10 protein not only in homonymous lumbar DRG, but also in cervical unaffected ones. |
