Description	The aim of this study was to evaluate the effect of selected abiotic and biotic factors on the reproduction success in fish communities inhabiting man-made water bodies in the floodplain of the Dyje River. Flooding influenced predominantly the cyprinid fish community. Long-lasting flood then significantly increased the abundance of juvenile fish at the end of season.
