| Description | Light and cytokinin signaling are intertwined at several levels, and the underlying molecular mechanisms are being actively researched. 2-DE followed by image analysis and MALDI-TOF-TOF MS was used to analyze changes in steady-state protein levels in Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings with increased content of endogenous cytokinins and decreased light intensities. |
