Description	In this article we address the contemporary development of Czech labour market in the field of atypical working relations, time and nominal flexibility a quality of working life. We thus use labour force survey in years 2004-2007 to document the contents of work, forms of work relations a employment stability, part-time work a second jobs, usually weakly worked hours and overtime work and specific time and space work conditions.
