• Description: Sequential analysis of baroreflex sensitivity of heart rate established in 14 patients (group B, mean age 40,5 +- 6,2 years, duration of the disease 6,5 +- 5,7 years, EDSS 2,1 +- 0,5) baroreflex regulation to be in compliance with the reference values. This method could not be evaluated in 13 RS patients (group A, mean age 46,3 +- 8,7 years, duration of the disease 6,3 +- 7,6 years, EDSS 4,2 +- 1,2) because of a low number of recorded up- or down-events indicating disturbed cardiovascular regulation of blood circulation
