| Description | We have tested the role of the cannabinoid receptor systems in emotional-related behavioural responses, especially aggressiveness and anxiety in the model of paired social interactions in singly-housed male mice with non-aggressive group-housed partners. The results showing behavioural changes after the following CB1 and CB2 receptor ligands will be presented: CB1, CB2 agonists anandamide and HU 210, CB1 agonists methanandamide, CB2 agonist JWH 015, CB1 antagonist AM 251 and anandamide uptake inhibitor O-2093. |
