Description	The study was aimed at the detection of two important markers of cancer stem cells - nestin, a protein of the class VI intermediate filaments, and CD133, a cell surface molecule. Expression of these markers was assessed on tissue section from 18 patients with osteosarcoma, as well as in the permanent cell lines derived from osteosarcoma tissue.
