Description	The aim of this study was to find and characterize proteomic changes in myeloma cell line ARH-77 treated with bortezomib by using two-dimensional electrophoresis (2D-PAGE) conditions and MS analysis revealed unigue proteins differentially expressed after bortezomib treatment.
