| Description | The adsorption of biopolymers (human blood plasma fibrinogen and oligodeoxynucleotides) on the titanium surface was studied. We used diffarction optical element (DOE) and ellipsometry as a corroporative method to inspect the adsorption of fibrinogen and oligonucleotide on the test surface. The effect of solvent and mechanical (polished, etched and/or gritted surface) or chemical modification of titanium surface on the purine (AAG)12 and pyrimidine (TTC)12 oligonucleotide adsorption and fibrinogen adsorption were determined. |
