Description	This paper was written as a part of research grant project GA ČR "Share of non-state non-profit organizations on provision of public services in Czech Republic" (reg. No. 402/05/0974). It discusses state budget expense sphere. As a data source has been used information system ARIS-RARIS for a time period 2001-2006. The data present the main amount of finance as transfer payments to provinces. Also huge part of expenditures could not be determined exactly due to entry other expenses.
