| Description | PCR-ready DNA was isolated using salting-out procedure from crud cell lysates. The evaluated method is suitable for DNA isolation from pure cultures of bacterial cells. The reproducibility of RAPD and rep-PCR paterns was comparable with phenol extraction procedure. |
