Description	Determination and identification of selected selenium species in selenium-enriched green algal biomass (Chlorella, Scenedesmus) is described in this work. HPLC-ICP-MS is used for speciation of Se. Mobile phase optimisation and quantification procedure of species of interest (selenite, selenomethionine) is described here.
