| Description | The presented method allows to determine concentration of both markers of metabolic activity of CYP1A and CYP2C (phenacetine and tolbutamide) and their metabolites paracetamol and 4-hydroxytolbutamide in rat liver perfusate, respectively. This method is suitable for modeling and description of possible pharmacological interactions on isoforms CYP1A2 and CYP2C6 in rat. |
