Description	The finding support equal CYP2D6 activity in both genedrs and equal anridepressant effect during maintenance paroxetine treatment disregarding the gender and CYPO2D6 activity. A unique finding of the study is varying incidence of sexual dysfunction depending on CYP2D6 activity within the group of females.
