| Description | Possibility of copper and vanadium determination in soil samples by LIBS was studied. Linear calibration curves for both elements were obtained in concentration range of 10 - 200 mg/kg using pressed pellets with silver binder. Good parameters of calibration curves were obtained for delay time 20 /us for vanadium and 4.0 /us for copper. Limits of detection evaluated from calibration curves were found around 10 mg/kg. This experimental setup of LIBS is able to determine above-mentioned elements in soil samples in concentration range tens to hundreds mg/kg. |
