| Description | Proteomics-based approach for the investigation of Arabidopsis thaliana seedlings with cytokinin overproduction was applied. We used both MALDI-MS and LC-MS/MS techniques for peptide analysis. Our results showed the effective application of different methods for protein identification. In our case the combination of MALDI-MS and LC-MS/MS increased the number of identified proteins to over 90 % of all analysed samples. |
