Description	In the contribution the new electrochemical detection of ODNs (the combination of two methods - adsorptive transfer stripping - AdTSV and elimination voltammetry with linear scan - EVLS), was demonstrated. It was shown that AdTSV EVLS is capable not only to quantify ODNs by the adenine/cytosine ratio but also to determine the sequence of adenine and cytosine in ODN chain.
