| Description | Over 7 years, 179 HIV-negative patients were examined with suspicion on PCP. Of them, 120 (67%) were ICU patients with hematological malignancies. PCP was established in 39 (32.5%)of 120 patients so-called typical X-ray picture was not invariably found. Complete or partial improvement occurred in 30 (76.9%) patients. |
