| Description | The genus Cestrum and related genera Vestia and Sessea in the Solanaceae family lack Arabidopsis-type telomeres (TTTAGGG)n, as well as human-type telomeres (TTAGGG)n. In the vicinity of interstitial telomeric sequences these genera contain A/T rich minisatellite sequences. |
