Description	This study presents preliminary results of gene diagnostics of glioblastoma multiforme samples that were performed in the period of 2001-2003. Fluorescent in situ hybridization (FISH), comparative genomic hybridization (CGH) and spectral karyotyping (SKY) techniques were employed for molecular cytogenetic analyses.
