Description	The are presented pharmacodynamic and pharmacokinetic properties of bupropione. Authors summerized all results from double-blind studies of nicotine dependency. Bupropione was well toleratedand decreased sufficiently with drawal syptomatology in smokers. In some studies the anticraving effect was confirmed.
