Description	New two-component domino reaction of 1,1-disubstituted-3-(2-phenyl-3H-quinazolin-4-yliden)thioureas with phenacylbromides giving quinazolin-4-yl-1,3-thiazoles as kinetically controlled and quinazolin-4-yl-1,3-oxathioles as thermodynamically controlled products is described.
