| Description | Pro-inflammatory peptides as TNFalpha, TNFbeta, as well as TNFalpha-converting enzyme (TACE) can be involved in the onset and/or progression of cardiovascular diseases. The aim of the study was to prove associations of three frequent polymorphisms in the genes (G(-308)A TNFalpha, NcoI TNFbeta and 2A/3A TACE) with chronic heart failure. |
