Description	The aim of the present study was to ascertain an influence of selected serotonergics on exploratory and locomotor behaviour in rats.The testing of direct agonists or antagonists of 5-HT1 receptors showed that mainly 5-HT1A receptor subtype is involved in mediation of locomotion. The stimulation of this receptor elicited much more pronounced changes of behaviour observed comparing to other drug tested.
