Description	The paper is a comparison of the incidence of side effects of treatment by paroxetine in a group of 20 patients as evaluated according to the UKU scale, between patients with the CYP 2D6 phenotype conversion and those in whom the conversion wat not observed. A statistically significance (the chi quadrate test), was found only in association with sexual dysfunction where bad metabolisers were worse off.
