| Description | v-myb oncogene of avian myeloblastosis virus causes acute monoblastic leukemia in chicken and transforms myelomonocytic cells in vitro. In order to study the effects of Jun protein on v-myb-transformed cells we induced v-jun and c-jun expression in BM2 cell line. We found that both forms of the Jun protein affect growth and morphological properties of these cells. |
