Description	Compounds of comosition [Ni(L)(H2O)2Cl] and [Ni(L)(H2O)(NO3)].EtOH = 6-(2-chlorobenzylamino)purine] have been synthesized and characterized by various elemental analyses. Both complexes showed potent cytotoxic activity.
