| Description | Our poster presents a proactive approach to Audit Trail Review (ATR) in REDCap. Instead of focusing only on final data values, we analyze audit logs to trace how data evolves over time and detect hidden signals such as late entries, repeated corrections, or unauthorized activity. By mining REDCap's audit trails, we demonstrate how to identify risks earlier, improve eCRF design, guide site training, and strengthen data quality and integrity in line with current regulatory expectations.
