| Description | The draft normative act defines a comprehensive approach as a set of measures and procedures to reduce the prevalence of injuries and increase the body's resistance to the following load and consists in setting up processes of physical activation, strength and movement mobilization before, during training (training) load and in setting up mechanisms of post-training (training) “compensatory” care, which can also be referred to as pre-training care for the following period. |
