Description	The complete genome sequences of five Escherichia coli strains with probiotic attributes were determined, including strain A0 34/86, a component of the probiotic product Colinfant New Born, and strains H22, 582, B771, and B1172 with published probiotic potential. The size of sequenced genomes ranged from 5,092 to 5,408 kb.
