Heliophila verna (Brassicaceae), a new species from the Northern Cape of South Africa

Description	The new species Heliophila verna is described, illustrated, and its distinguishing characters from the related glabrous annuals, especially H. namaquana is discussed. Its chromosome number (2n = 18) is reported here.
