| Description | Wearable electronics is a very dynamically developing sector of the market, whose sales are growing by tens of percent from year to year. The establishment of wearable electronics in everyday life entails certain specifics and challenges that need to be named and analyzed in relation to the rights of their users. This article maps the development of wearable electronics, identifies pitfalls and analyzes the impact of diferent types of wearables on the protection of end-user privacy, including consideration of the legal classification of such data. This is an introductory insight into this issue, which aims to draw attention to this growing phenomenon and associated risks. |
