| Description | This paper discusses the current trend of substituting kinetic weapons by the means of cyber warfare. Paper specifically focuses on application of Art. 2 para 4 of UN Charter which generally prohibits the use of force in international law. Tallinn manual aiming to interpret this article for the purpose of modern conflict fulfilled it only partially. Therefore the focus of this paper is aimed mainly on controversial findings of Tallinn Manual. |
