Description	The solution provides a method for the direct, mono-N-substitution in the synthetically significant yields in a simple embodiment, in which is prepared piperazin-1-ium cation and subsequently catalyzed compound d-metal, aluminum or cerium reacting piperazine-1-ium cation electrophile i. e. nitrourea agent, preferably in a molar ratio of piperazine-1-ium cation to electrophilic reagent in the range of 1:1 to 1:1.4.
