| Description | The binding constant of model system (BSA - salicylic acid) was measured by capillary electrophoresis – frontal analysis and Hummel Dreyer methods with external and internal calibrations. Their results were compared according to simplicity, repeatability, calibration procedure and scatter of data points. |
